Terms and Conditions
Vehicle condition and serviceability:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the vehicle and vehicle components are in good condition and have been serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.
Anglian Remaps cannot be held responsible for the failure of any vehicle components which may arise after Anglian Remaps have conducted a remapping service.
The client needs to be aware that the additional power that can be gained from remapping a vehicle may have an adverse effect on particular components, where components are not of suitable standard or have not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines.
Anglian Remaps advises against the remapping of high mileage vehicles where certain engine components may be worn. Anglian Remaps will accept no responsibility for engine or engine component failure. It is recognised that remapping a vehicle may highlight any weakness that your vehicle or any components already have.
- Anglian Remaps provide you with a 100% 7 day money back guarantee from the date of your ECU remap if there is an issue with the remap provided by us that we cannot fix.
- Do NOT provide a refund where it is found the engine map installed by Anglian Remaps has been altered or tampered with in any form or downloaded by a third party by any means following the installation of the engine map by Anglian Remaps.
What will we be doing?
Anglian Remaps will be downloading the file that is currently stored on your cars ECU and sending it to the engineering team at Viezu Technologies Ltd. Using the research, development and skillset of Viezu Technologies Ltd. we will have your file modified to optimise the performance of your vehicle. The goal of our tunes is to provide a smooth power delivery which is reliable. If you wish to specify parameters you can let your tuning consultant know and we can send your feedback along with the file for a personalised tune. We will be changing parameters such as the timing, boost and AFR ratios. We will NOT be modifying the safety parameters of the engine and the engines protection processes will remain in place.
